At Insideast each item is carefully and uniquely handled. One by one. From the making process to the packaging and shipping operations.

Your lead time depends on the below factors:

• Fixture already in stock. 2-3 business days handling + 5 business days shipping to your address.
• Customized Fixture. Depending on the customization. The lead time can go from 1 week to 4-5 weeks. More precise information is provided based on your specific order.
• Fixture made to order. These are items not in stock but which we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

For US clients Insideast takes care of custom fees/taxes so no additional charges to expect.

For clients outside the US please note that local customs fees may apply to your order. 

Returns

You have 60 days to return the product after delivery. 

You can get a return label from Insideast for a small fee (Estimated for US clients at 15% of the value of the product). Or you can return the product at your own cost. 

For product issues. You are covered by our brand warranty. In this case, you can be eligible to product replacement or returns at no additional costs.
